about
Hi, I’m Jen! I’m a Licensed Clinical Therapist providing in-person and online therapy throughout Texas for girls and women who feel like life is a lot—even when things look “fine” on the outside. I specialize in supporting you through anxiety, self-esteem struggles, perfectionism, and life’s transitions— from teen years to early adulthood, body image and societal pressures to relationships and motherhood.
I work with individuals who feel like they “mostly have it together”, yet day-to-day life still feels heavy and overwhelming. Anxious thoughts, big emotions, over-thinking, perfectionism, people-pleasing tendencies, or life changes hit harder than you’d like. If this sounds familiar, you’re in the right place. For the over-thinkers, the perfectionists, and the ‘I’m fine’ girls—high-functioning, deeply feeling, & tired of holding it all together.
I believe caring for your mental health doesn’t have to be stressful to be meaningful.
Therapy with me is warm, down-to-earth, and relatable. I am focused on helping you feel more balanced, confident, connected and seen. Let’s slow things down, untangle the overthinking, make sense of the emotions that feel unmanageable and create tools that actually work for you.
You don’t have to have everything figured out to get started—we’ll take it one step at a time.
So, if you’re ready to start the journey (or at least think about it), reach out!

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Life can be a lot. Anxiety can feel constant, life transitions can be overwhelming, growing up is hard, and sometimes things simply don’t go the way you hoped. Do you find yourself anxious, overthinking, stressed, people-pleasing, being “the fixer” and feeling the pressure to be perfect inside and out? Are you thinking, “Why does this feel so hard?”—you’re not alone.
A safe, supportive space that’s just for you and tailored to what you need. Whether that looks like unpacking emotions, practical tools, deeper conversations, or having a place to say, “What is even happening right now?”
Together, we’ll slow things down, build insight and help you feel balanced, confident and grounded in your body and mind.
-

Relationship & Attachment THERAPY
Relationships with ourselves and others are meaningful, complex and sometimes confusing. Our relationship patterns don’t come out of nowhere—and understanding them can be incredibly empowering.
We will explore how you connect, communicate, and show up in relationships with yourself and others, whether you’re dating, married, or navigating friendship and/or family dynamics.
Together, we will work to understand your attachment style, strengthen boundaries, break unhelpful cycles, and build healthier, more secure connections—with yourself and others.
-

MOTHERHOOD SUPPORT
Motherhood can be deeply rewarding—and incredibly overwhelming. Whether you’re navigating pregnancy, the shock of postpartum emotions, identity and relationship shifts, the mental and emotional load, or the constant pull between caring for others and caring for yourself — you don’t have to do it alone.
This is your judgement free space to talk openly about the realities of parenthood, the unknowns, the constant juggling and the chaos of everyone calling “Mom!”.
Together, we’ll focus on building resilience, finding moments of relief, and reconnecting with yourself along the way.

I have chosen not to work directly with insurance companies to ensure you remain in control of your care. Many insurance companies require a diagnosis and may limit therapy sessions.
I can assist you with an out-of-network claims (Superbill) and your insurance company may reimburse a portion of your session cost.
